Born and raised in Vancouver, I completed my degree in Finance & International Business at SFU.
While working at RBC Royal Bank, I was a Senior Account Manager for 10 years working on complex Bank Mortgage Real Estate transactions. After completing my Canadian Securities Course and Personal Financial Planning designations, I moved to Vancity Credit Union for 11 years as an Account Manager where I learned the subtleties of Credit Union Real Estate Mortgage transactions. I also specialized in Estates & Business Banking. From there I took the Mortgage Development Manager role, completing many Construction Real Estate Mortgage Financing transactions.
I also have an excellent understanding of the construction of houses, duplexes, laneway homes, and large-lot subdivision. With over 20 years of real estate mortgage experience, I am passionate about assisting buyers and sellers to plan their home and/or mortgage needs.
I am client-focussed and patient when helping my clients to ensure they are well informed and the process is transparent. Loyalty, Service and Trust is a big part of my business as it is built strongly on referrals from the friends and family of my satisfied clients.
During my free time, I enjoy tennis, golf, gym, and being with my family and friends. I strive to maintain a healthy physical and mental mindset which allows me to stay focussed, sharp and professional during contract negotiations and structuring mortgage deals.
